I had made an appointment with Huy on Wednesday, September 16. Because he was busy with another client, after waiting for 40 minutes, I ended up with Marie. I initially thought she did a good job. One day after my appointment a nail that she wouldn’t put a tip on and instead created a completely acrylic nail popped off. I went back to Huy to get that nail fixed after walking around without that nail for over a week. After getting the nail fixed, I went home that night and two more popped off without doing anything. The next morning, a third one popped off, so I just went ahead and scheduled a fill with.Huy. I had to pay the full amount for a fill that was not done correctly. I don’t fault Huy because he always does a good job, and he fixed my nails through a new fill. But I’m not just a random one time customer, I’m a regular and I don’t think that I should’ve had to have paid for this fill.
